Problem
The J&J Communications and Marketing teams wanted to modify the analytics intranet tool they used, as the functionalities were obsolete and the dashboards needed to be rebranded also they did not have a way of tracking their customer’s responses to the programs that supported the pandemic and post-pandemic initiatives.
Goals
User Goal
The J&J Communications and Marketing teams gained insights on customer behavior and engagement with programs that foster awareness and administer preventive health measures that addressed the challenges of the global pandemic.
Business Goal
By having more insight from customers on their engagement and user behavior with the J&J programs that supported the pandemic health initiatives, it brought value by allowing the Organization to make more informed decisions on which programs tocontinue.

User Engagement increased within a month of the dashboards going live
As a team we leveraged analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI and Adobe Analytics to track the click through rate that validated the impact metrics.
Road To Delivering The Solution

Stakeholder Workshop

The stakeholder workshop was 1 day, where I led the discussions to discover the stakeholder expectations.
From the stakeholder workshop Based on the research, I made recommendations based on what needed to be improved to adhere aesthetically to the UX accessibility standards.

Dashboard Wireframes
From the insights gathered during the stakeholder workshop, I created the wireframe while collaborating with the developers and product team within the duration of a day. These wireframes mapped out the dashboards new layout with the rebranding components to ensure the entire dashboard's look and feel was cohesive with the Organization's branding. I led the demo session and reviewed the wireframes with the stakeholders to get back their feedback.
I led the efforts to gain feedback from the stakeholders after the wireframes were tested. The wireframes were iterated twice before the delivery of the final prototype.
Shipped Product

Due to my leadership on this project, I was able to add value by exceeding the goals and expectations by creating a modified robust set of dashboards that gave the stakeholders the opportunity to gain detailed insights on user behavior with their health initiatives. While working on this deliverable I learned a lot more about the advanced features Power BI offers for its UI visuals.
